ACCOMODATION

Our cabins are strategically distributed across approximately four (4) hectares, ensuring adequate spacing, privacy, and safe movement throughout the site.

Cabins

Capacity of up to 1,250 beds

The accommodation facility comprises 210 self-contained cabins, each designed to comfortably sleep up to six (6) occupants, providing a total potential capacity of 1,260 guests.

Each cabin is constructed to a uniform standard and designed for durability, functionality, and occupant comfort. The layout supports efficient circulation, emergency access, and compliance with applicable building, fire, and safety regulations. The spacing between cabins reduces noise transfer, enhances security, and supports effective evacuation routes.

The site layout incorporates defined access roads and pedestrian pathways, allowing safe and controlled movement of residents, staff, and service vehicles. Communal infrastructure such as lighting, waste management points, water supply, and sanitation systems is integrated throughout the development to support continuous occupancy.

The four-hectare footprint allows for landscaped open areas, buffer zones, and designated safety clearances between accommodation clusters. This configuration supports both high-occupancy use and operational flexibility, including phased occupation, maintenance access, and emergency response readiness.

The accommodation facility is suitable for use as training camp housing, staff accommodation, student or learner residence, event lodging, or operational support housing, depending on operational requirements and approvals.
